Consultation
 


We can discuss how you would like your dog to be groomed whether it is to be groomed to breed standard or to your personal preference. On rare occasions if your dog is heavily matted then it is ony humane to your dog to give them a short trim and try for a more personalised groom at your next appointment.





 
Bathing


 

Your dog will have a warm running shower to completely soak their coat, then we massage one of our professional dog grooming salon shampoos into their coat. (We have a selection so we choose the most suitable for your dogs skin and coat type.) We then thoroughly rinse their coat.






 
Drying 


 

We prefer to hand dry all of our dogs as this achieves the best finish to their coat. It also helps to blast out any loose or dead hair. Better on our floor than yours!






 
Clipping


 

To get your dog looking super sleek we can clip their coat length to your preference. Some people prefer a shorter clip others a long clip. This will be discussed in your consultation.







 
Trimming


 

If you would just like your dog to have a tidy up, perhaps a trim around the face or feet we can do this for you.






 
Groom Out 


 


We use our combs and rakes to remove your dogs dead or loose hair. This is included in a full groom.






 
Gland expression


 

These are checked on request at no extra cost if having a bath. We can also provide this service for a small fee if your dog is not having a bath.





 
Hand Stripping


 

We can handstrip your dog if you would prefer this to having your dog clipped. This is only available if your dog has the suitable type of coat for hand stripping.




 
Nail Cutting





This is included in the price of a full groom, we can also provide this as an individual service for a small charge.











 
Ear cleaning & Hair removal


 


This is included in the price of a full groom. We can provide this as an individual service for a small charge.
